Thank you for your interest in becoming a Volunteer at the Airshow!  Without the hard work of so many volunteers, the Airshow would not be able to function.
 

 
AT THIS TIME, ALL VOLUNTEER POSITIONS HAVE BEEN FILLED.  WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE 2008 AIRSHOW AND HOPE YOU TRY AGAIN NEXT YEAR!
 

 
We need volunteers for all areas of the 2008 Airshow:
 Preshow setup includes setting up tents, setting up miles of snow fence, rope lines, chairs, and more.  We only have a few days to put together the entire airshow, so the more help we can get the earlier we can get it all done!
 
During the Airshow, there are many many various positions for volunteers, everything form ticket sales, parking, flightline watching, and more very crucial positions vital to keeping the Airshow running as smooth as it does each year!  Most people can volunteer only during the airshow since they work on weekdays, and we appreciate all the time you can spend helping out!
 
One of the most overlooked and very important areas that we need help on each year is post-show take-down and clean-up.  The following Monday after the show, we have to start taking down the show to return the airport back to normal as soon as possible! Most people have to return to work, but if you can help us on this important day it is greatly appreciated and reduces the time it takes to get the airport back to normal operations!
 

 
Airshow volunteers are vital to the success of the Planes of Fame Airshow each year.  Lots of hard work and dedication are put forth by the Airshow volunteers who love being a part of the Airshow.  From individuals to entire families, everyone has an important role in the Airshow.  Benefits of being an Airshow Volunteer include everything from the annual Airshow Volunteer dinner, free entry into the Airshow, and more... but most importantly, you'll have the feeling of being a part of something special!
